Welcome to Longmont High School
Longmont High School, Home of the Trojans, was established in 1901 and is steeped in tradition and pride. LHS is a school with an Honors and Advanced Placement focus, committed to meeting the needs of all students.
Longmont High School's TCAP testing schedule will include 3 days of testing. Every student is expected to attend all testing sessions and classes. Lunch will be served from 11:45 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. 9th & 10th grade students are required to be at school on the testing days during the regular school hours (7:45 -2:45). Testing will begin first thing in the morning. After testing each day, the students will attend their classes following a modified schedule. 11th & 12th grade student will attend the modified class schedule on March 11th, 12th, & 18th. Classes begin at 12:20 p.m.

The yearbook staff is now accepting applications for the 2014-2015 school year. Applications are in the counseling office and should be turned in by February 21st, prior to the online registration window, to Ms. Albert, Room 108, or Room 215.

CU Succeed Gold
The CU Succeed Gold Program offers Longmont High School students the opportunity to gain exposure to the college experience! Students enroll in University of Colorado Denver courses at a reduced tuition rate and are taught by qualified Longmont High School teachers through select Advanced Placement courses. At the end of the course, students receive a CU Denver transcript.

Need Student Accident Insurance?
Student accident insurance is available throughout the school year from K&K Insurance Group (underwritten by Nationwide Insurance Company). A variety of affordable plans are offered, with single premiums ranging from $25 to $198. Coverage may be purchased at any time during the school year by visiting http://www.studentinsurance-kk.com or by completing and mailing a paper form which is available in school offices.
